Create a sanctuary in your bathroom and treat yourself to some quality time to relax and unwind. Prepare a cup of Pukka herbal tea and indulge in the SpaRitual Water Meditation Ritual.

Soak in a warm therapeutic bath. Please be aware that the hotter the water, the more dehydrating to the skin.

Add Harmonizing Soak Tonic to warm water. Italian mandarin essential oils condition the bath, and moisturize the skin. For maximum benefit, infuse the bath with three scoops of Look Inside 21 Mineral Bath Salts. Add a generous amount (about 2 capfuls) of Look Inside 21 Mineral Bath Salts features Wildcrafted Indian Frankincense to calm and rejuvenate. For skin that needs extra exfoliation, add 1 heaped scoop of SpaRitual Look Inside 21 Mineral Bath Salts, to boost the exfoliating properties of the Scrub Masque. Continue exfoliating other parts of the body. Continue exfoliating other parts of the body including front and back of the shoulders, torso, arms and legs. Apply a second generous layer of Affirming Scrub Masque to the entire body and cover with a warm towel. Relax for 5-10 minutes as the treatment is absorbed into the skin. Focus on your breathing: breathe in deeply and as you exhale - let go of your stress and troublesome thoughts. Repeat the mantra, "I am relaxed, calm and happy".
